By using Coin Copiers On Account software, guests have the convenience of applying the charges automatically to the room bill. At checkout, the front desk can generate real-time reports that show charges for specific guests use of their business suites. Alternately, hotels may prefer a configuration where guests can make payments using a coin/bill-operated system or a debit card that has been activated at the service desk.
