Internet and Cyber Cafes

Considering either launching or improving operations at an Internet or Cyber Café? Coin Copiers offers several configurations for charging patrons for computer time, printing, faxing and photocopying.

Our Time Vending software enables Internet Cafes to automatically charge patrons for computer usage. Once a patron selects an application, a screen pops up showing the cost and time limit of the application(s). The system can be configured to use accounts within the software or with payment devices like coin/bill acceptor and debit cards that are plugged into the computer's com port. The system can charge for the entire desktop or per application with different rates (including free programs) for each application. Our software will even allow multiple programs to run at the same time with differing rates for each application.

When the patron session is running out of time and money, a warning screen will appear showing the remaining time left on the application and asking the patron to insert additional funds. Another screen will show the patron a countdown of the seconds remaining to zero unless more money is inserted or the debit card is reinserted. The system will simply close the application, if no action is taken.

Time Vending also will work in conjunction with our print vending software allowing sites to charge patrons if they choose to print while on the computer. As soon as the patron hits print, a screen will appear showing the number of pages and cost of the job.
